Retreat yourself with a Baseline Weekend
Baseline has teamed up with LargeOutdoors to offer you the chance to enjoy a weekend away in some of the greatest outdoor locations the UK has to offer. Enjoy the tranquil surroundings of the Gower Peninsula, the Lakes or Snowdonia whilst meeting new friends and enjoying two days of easy guided walks. It should be stressed that our walks are easy and open to most people regardless of fitness levels. The idea is to enjoy a nice gentle social walk.
What you get:
Two nights accommodation in an exclusively booked venue, breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday, three course evening meal on Saturday night. Plus tea, coffee and squash. Two days of guided walks and the chance to meet other people.
The Cost:
Total cost after Baseline subside: £75
Not included:
Personal drinks, Saturday packed lunch, personal walking clothes and transport to the location. However, if organising transport is difficult please contact the office as we may be able to arrange car shares for you.

Suggested Itinerary:
Friday Night:
After initial arrival and registration, guest can chill out and relax and meet their fellow challengers. Then its time for a welcome buffet at 20:00 we ask that everyone brings two items
of food to be included in this. At 21:00 we will then conduct a welcome briefing explaining how the weekend will be run followed by a special team exercise where we will head out into the local area. You will need your walking boots and a head torch for this activity. Once this team event is over and we have found
our winning team, we'll settle down in the lounge getting to know each other better.
Saturday Day Time:
After breakfast, we will be making a prompt start on a nice day walk. This walk is going to be an easy walk which will require no great fitness or previous experience of walking. We will be going at a rate to suit the group and have plenty of time to complete this stunning day walk.
Saturday Night:
This is a social time for us all to celebrate our achievement and enjoy a celebratory drink. As part of the weekend cost LargeOutdoors and Baseline will be providing a three course meal or for the Gower trip in September weather permitting a BBQ on our own private terrace overlooking to coast. You are more than welcome to bring your own drinks to enjoy over the evening.
Sunday:
Sunday morning we quickly tidy up the accommodation before we head out for a gentle Sunday walk. This will be finished off with the option of a pub lunch before we head off home.
