Cliff tops, remote beaches and stunning bays..
For our series of coastal trips, we’ve picked the spots that take you away from the world of kiss-me-quick hats and amusement arcades and into some truly magical locations that showcase Britain’s shoreline.
Whether it’s Skye’s deserted coral beach where, on a sunny day, it’s easy to imagine you’re in the Caribbean (yes really!), the dramatic headlands along the North York Moors coast which hide achingly beautiful fishing villages, or the fabulously remote edges of Pembrokeshire, we have them covered.
With wildlife in abundance, view after view after view, secluded coves, sweeping sandy bays, stunning cliff tops and the intoxicating effect of sea air, what’s not to love?
For each of our trips, the places we’ve found to stay are, to be honest, real belters – from cosy cliff top YHAs where you become a bit blasé about the beautiful sunsets, through to luxury hotels where there’s fine dining and spa pampering on offer.
While walking forms the main activity, on some of our coastal trips we also offer other ways to adventure and explore, including sea kayaking, coasteering and surfing.
