Cancel Your Booking
If you would like to cancel your booking, please fill in the form below.
Booking cancellations will only be accepted via completion and submission of this form, and in line with our Terms & Conditions - please refer to this page first if you are in any doubt to the terms that apply to your booking.
Submitted forms are date/time stamped to prove receipt time and will be processed within Large Outdoors office hours.
If you are cancelling your booking immediately before, or on the day of your booked experience, it would be extremely helpful if you could inform your host/guide via text message too - we’ll have sent you an email with their name and number.
