We aim to provide as much information as possible through the individual experience webpages (in most cases, the page on this website that you made your online booking from); your confirmation/reminder emails; our Blog; and our general Frequently Asked Questions. Please do look at these in the first instance, as very often these pages will hold the answers to your queries. 

Don’t forget, you can AMEND YOUR BOOKING via our website too:

• Cancellation Form - use this to let us know if you are no longer attending the experience you have booked

• Transfer Form - use this to let us know if you are transferring the Primary Booker and/or participant(s) for your booking

• Dietary Requirements Form - use this to update us about your dietary requirements (for experiences including meals)

• Medical Details Form - use this to update us about your medical details (including injuries, illnesses and food allergies)

However, we are only too happy to be contacted if you do have unanswered questions, require additional information, or need to make a change to your booking which is not covered by the online forms outlined above. You can email us via hello@largeoutdoors.com.

If you do wish to make a change to your booking, this needs to be done by the Primary Booker via email, which must come from the original email address provided when booking. It’s really helpful for our team if you can quote your order number too.

Other questions can be fired our way by:

• Using our website’s Live Chat option online. If we are available an orange chat bubble will appear on the bottom right of the screen. Just click this and you will be connected to one of our team - a real person and not one of those rather annoying chat bots! If we’re not available on Live Chat you’ll see the ‘Leave a message’ orange bubble, which you can click to type us a message. This will land in our inbox and be responded to as soon as possible during our office hours.

• Calling us on 01653 740 400 - you can leave a voicemail if we’re busy helping someone else / it’s outside of office hours.

Please do remember that we are a small team and we prioritise responses based on upcoming bookings, but we do pride ourselves in being friendly and helpful, as soon as practically possible.
