Request changes to your booking

If you would like to cancel your booking, or transfer your place to another person, update your dietary requirements, or update your medical details, please click and fill in the appropriate form.

Changes to bookings will only be accepted via completion and submission of the appropriate form, and in line with our Terms & Conditions - please refer to this page first if you are in any doubt to the terms that apply to your booking.

Submitted forms are date/time stamped to prove receipt time and will be processed within Large Outdoors office hours.

Use this form to request to transfer your place to another person.

Dietary Requirements Form

Use this form to update your dietary requirements for Multi-Day Experiences. Please note you must update your dietary requirements at least 7 days before the experience begins.
