Explore Hawnby's Rolling Hills, Moorland and Valleys
Our guided day walk takes us into the heart of the North York Moors, exploring the countryside surrounding the traditional village of Hawnby.
This quieter part of the National Park offers a wonderful mix of rolling hills, open moorland, wooded valleys and peaceful countryside paths. Along the way, we'll enjoy views across the surrounding landscape as we make our way through one of Yorkshire's less-visited walking areas.
The circular route covers approximately 10 miles, with a few hills along the way. We'll walk at a steady, comfortable pace, allowing time for photos, a packed lunch and breaks to enjoy the surroundings.
You'll be walking with an experienced Large Outdoors guide and a friendly group of up to 12 people. We'll finish back at our starting point, with the option of a café stop afterwards if time and facilities allow.
