Gallery: Pembrokeshire Coast Path Walk – Freshwater West to Old Point House

On this Pembrokeshire Coast Walking Weekend, we set off under crisp autumn skies from our base at Gupton Farm, directly onto the scenic sands of Freshwater West. From there, our group followed the iconic Wales Coast Path with stunning coastal views, especially around spots like Sheep Island. After a rewarding stretch, we paused for a treat at Wavecrest Cafe at West Angle Bay, indulging in cakes and their famous hot chocolate!

The walk then continued to the Old Point House pub, a renowned 500-year-old haunt for seafarers and locals alike, nestled right by the water’s edge. Here, some walkers opted to linger and enjoy the warm pub atmosphere, while others continued along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path back to base. A perfect blend of coastline, camaraderie, and breathtaking views.
